Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced underground coal labourer to fill a key position within our organisation.

This physically demanding role requires the ability to lift up to 40kgs and work in a Fly In Fly Out (FIFO) environment.

As a driller's offsider, you will be responsible for supporting the driller with general operations duties, including rod handling, rig maintenance, bagging samples, cleaning equipment, and providing support to drilling operations.

Mobilization and demobilization of drill rigs from sites is also involved, and you must be able to reside in either QLD, NSW or VIC only. Previous experience in physical demanding positions and holding an Open Car license (C Class) as a minimum are required.

A current underground Standard 11 and National Police Clearance within 6 months are desirable. First Aid Certificate and passing a comprehensive re-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen are also required.

The successful candidate will enjoy full-time permanent roles with annual wages plus attendance bonuses for senior roles, along with travel costs, meals, accommodation, uniforms, fully funded drilling certifications, on-the-job training, and online training packages.

A $2,500 referral bonus is available, and applicants can expect long-term career opportunities with industry-leading drilling companies.

This role is not suitable for entry-level candidates, and we are looking for individuals with a solid laboring background to meet our clients' requirements.
