Our Recruitment Process – A mutual exploration

The initial step involves a brief phone conversation to assess your potential fit. The subsequent step will be an in-person interview where you will visit one of our facilities and meet the team.
Candidate Requirements
- Completion of a medical examination, including a drug and alcohol screening.
- Background check.
- For those interested in the Concrete Truck Driver position, a full Australian Driver's License must have been held for at least 2 years (automatic or manual).
Onboarding Process
- Once you secure your role, you will embark on a comprehensive Onboarding Program. Depending on the position, this program lasts between 2 to 6 weeks.
