Adbri Offers Exciting Opportunities

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates in Brisbane and surrounding areas to join our Masonry and Hy-tec teams. This is a fully funded training opportunity that will allow you to up-skill and try something new.

The available roles include:

  • Concrete Truck Drivers (HR Licence preferred but not essential)
  • Quarry Operators
  • Loader Operators
  • Yard Workers
  • Concrete Batchers
  • Laboratory Technicians

Successful candidates will receive formal training and mentoring from our experienced team members. This will ensure you are prepared and confident for your new role.

Our Selection Process

We want to get to know you and understand your potential fit with our company. Our selection process involves a brief phone call and an in-person interview where you will meet our team and see one of our sites.

Requirements

To be considered for these roles, you will need to undergo a medical test, including a drug and alcohol test, and a police check. If you are interested in a Concrete Truck Driver role, you will need to have held a full Australian Driver's Licence for a minimum of 2 years.

Onboarding

Once you have secured your position, you will start a comprehensive onboarding program. This will last for 2-6 weeks and will provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your new role.
