Air Liquide is a leading supplier of medical gases and sleep services. Our team specialises in respiratory diseases and has a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics.

We are seeking a Sleep Therapy Expert to join our NSW team, providing primary contact for our sleep therapy clinics scattered across the region. This role will involve travelling to our clinics to ensure patient services are maintained, covering staff on leave and providing leadership qualities to our clinic consultants when needed.

Our clinics' primary objective is to assist clients/patients with tailored end-to-end solutions, treatments and management of obstructive sleep apnea.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Travel to various clinics, using company vehicles or receiving an interim motor vehicle allowance
  • Providing advice on CPAP equipment, set-ups and ongoing services
  • Interacting with physicians, hospitals and medical service providers
  • Upselling our products and services
  • Maintaining and sterilising clinic equipment
  • Processing orders and clinic stocktake

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail, healthcare or sales
  • Ability to lead operational teams
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a clinic setting
  • Sound customer service experience across customer lifecycle stages
  • Computer skills and confidence in using Google Suite
  • Knowledge and interest in CPAP therapy/sleep medicine preferred
  • Experience in running clinics and CPAP therapy preferred
