Job Title: Logistics Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Assistant to join our team at ADM. As a Logistics Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating the sales and service of our Animal Nutrition portfolio in the Australian and New Zealand markets. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong business relationships, analytical skills, and the ability to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales, service, and new business development of our Animal Nutrition portfolio in the ANZ markets.
  • Maintain existing Animal Nutrition and some Aqua culture accounts and work closely with our customer service and supply chain teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Identify key business opportunities and develop action plans to increase sales for current amino acids and other Nutrition ingredients.
  • Represent ADM at meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and other events as required by Management, and manage ADM's image and reputation in the Animal Nutrition industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Agriculture/Animal Science or similar degree.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar position or focus area.
  • Strong business relationships with current Key players in the industry.
  • Solid analytical and organisation skills.
  • Great communication and ability to build a rapport with stakeholders (internal and external).
