The Role

To take your Pilates career to the next level, consider joining our team at Genesis Fitness Club - Coffs Harbour. As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will have the opportunity to deliver engaging and effective workouts to a diverse range of clients. Your role will involve teaching Pilates classes, communicating with clients, and contributing to a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Reformer Pilates classes to a variety of clients, tailoring your instruction to meet their individual needs and goals.

  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of Pilates principles, techniques, and best practices.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and Feedback in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Work effectively with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Fitness

  • Certificate in Reformer Pilates

  • Current fitness registration

  • Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)

  • Current CPR Certificate

  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent)

  • National Police Check

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Pilates or fitness environment
