Job Opportunity: Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide respectful and dignified support to individuals with disabilities
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Participate in social and community activities, promoting inclusion and participation
  • Keep accurate records and complete progress notes, ensuring transparency and accountability

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in disability support (min Cert III)
  • Ability to speak Greek
  • Minimum 2 years industry experience
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Proof of all recommended vaccinations
  • Working with Children and Police Check Clearances
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Ability to provide care in a one-to-one ratio
