We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and accurate assistance with online orders.
Key Responsibilities:- Pick high-quality products from the shop floor that match customer orders, making brilliant substitutions when necessary.
- Use digital tools to plan efficient routes around the store, manage time effectively, and select products.
- Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and support Home Delivery Drivers.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products, services, and promotions to offer recommendations.
- Able to work early morning shifts in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- Friendly, welcoming, and enthusiastic about helping customers.
- Comfortable learning new digital tools and technology.
- Maintain attention to detail and ensure a clean store environment.
