Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team in Waurn Ponds, VIC. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving sales, maintaining store presentation, and leading a team of up to 15 team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of up to 15 team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high store standards
  • Drive the Ghanda values and visual merchandising guidelines to ensure a consistent brand experience
  • Liaise with the Stock Allocator to maintain optimal stock levels and maximize return on floor space
  • Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports, and team compliance
