Join a team transforming the supply chain industry by combining robotics and software solutions. Our system aims to address the $1 trillion market of moving and storing goods amidst e-commerce growth, rising costs, and disruptions.

This role involves developing critical backend services powering our system, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams.

We seek an experienced engineer who can lead the development of functional, reliable, and efficient software, contribute to our core software stack, and drive key functionality such as path planning, storage optimization, and system performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead software development, ensuring high-quality code and accurate functionality
  • Develop automated tests for high-quality software releases
  • Collaborate with firmware engineers for seamless integration
  • Deliver high-quality code across various hardware and cloud environments
  • Design, implement, test, and document software

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with backend languages, especially Python
  • Familiarity with path planning algorithms
  • Knowledge of inventory placement optimization strategies
  • Expertise in building highly available, high-reliability systems
  • Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and HIL testing
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Sense of ownership and collaborative approach to software development
  • Iterative approach to software development and desire to continue learning
