At Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park, we're seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Attendant to join our guest-focused team.

We're preparing for an exciting season and are looking for individuals with various levels of food and beverage experience who share our passion for delivering exceptional service.

About the Role:

This role is positioned in either Joseph's Restaurant and Bar or across our multiple function areas. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service in various food and beverage outlets, being an ambassador for the hotel, and taking initiative to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you'll need experience in a similar position in an a la carte hotel restaurant or functions venue. A valid RSA certificate is also essential. We're looking for someone with a passion for food and beverage, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make great connections with all our guests.

You should have a basic understanding of wines and spirits, be a team player, and have a can-do attitude. Additionally, you'll need to be available to participate in a 7-day working roster that includes days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
