Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Administrator to support our Site Quality Manager in the collation and organisation of quality records, document control, and maintenance of quality databases.
This is a FIFO position on a 20:8 roster based in Karratha. Locals in the region are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer day-to-day office quality function duties related to achieving completion outcomes for the project.
- Establish and maintain spreadsheets and records for controlling and managing quality activities.
- Maintain various quality systems and databases to support construction quality coordination.
- Record keeping, quality documents data gathering and distributing, report writing, scanning and filing of quality documents.
- Developing and maintaining quality records library (electronic and hard copy).
- Collating and arranging information for project quality weekly and monthly reports.
- Data entry, upkeep and maintenance of project documentation as required to support project completion documentation.
- Skilled in information technology and information management tools, including SharePoint and MS applications.
- Demonstrates knowledge of Management Systems as they apply to the business.
- Experience with quality assurance/control principles and document control practices.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience within Quality Administration.
- Experience in formatting and compiling Project Delivery Book (PDB/MDR).
- Possesses an overview of the broader picture to seek solutions.
- Ability to communicate and influence others in a disciplined and constructive manner.
- Understands projects and corporate priorities.
- Ability to collect data and provide appropriate disposition in a timely manner.
