About Us

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator & Room Leader to lead and manage a classroom team. This role involves planning, supervising and implementing educational programs in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, parents and children.
  • Building a strong home-school partnership program with parents.
  • Ensuring a high-quality service is consistently maintained in all areas.
  • Leading and managing the classroom team to ensure educators are trained and understanding of their roles and responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • A completed Certificate III or Diploma (or working towards) in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent).
  • Current/Valid Working With Children's Check (WWCC) and First Aid Certificates.
  • The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team.
  • A love for children and a desire to make childcare a long-term career.
