Room Leader Position

The successful candidate will create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can thrive. You will:
Lead by example by providing high-quality care and education, fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Design engaging learning experiences with age-appropriate, creative, and inclusive activities that inspire curiosity and growth.
Maintain a safe and inclusive space that supports physical and emotional wellbeing and celebrates diversity.
Collaborate and mentor: work with team members to foster a strong, supportive team culture.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards it) or an equivalent qualification recognised by ACECQA.
Demonstrated experience working with children in an early education setting.
Leadership qualities with a passion for inspiring young minds and nurturing their growth.
A current Working With Children Check and First Aid/CPR certification.
All required compliance documentation such as Food Safety, Sun Smart, Safe Sleeping, and Child Protection Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
A commitment to ongoing learning, development, and inclusivity in the workplace.
