Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our service team. This role involves effective management of the vehicle servicing process, ensuring timely and professional communication between customers and our workshop team.

  • Manage vehicle servicing processes efficiently from customer drop-off to pick-up.
  • Coordinate with customers and the workshop team in a professional manner.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding vehicle services.
  • Process customer vehicle services accurately, including payment administration.

Requirements for this Role:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment.
  • Reliable, well-organised individual with excellent teamwork skills.
  • A proven track record of achieving high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Citizenship or residency in Australia or New Zealand is required.
