Pool Lifeguard OpportunityWe are seeking enthusiastic and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Pool Lifeguards.The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to water safety, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude towards customer service.This is a casual seasonal work opportunity that requires a passion for making a difference in the community.
  • Candidates should have a current First Aid Certificate (including CPR) and Pool Lifeguard Skill Set qualification.
  • Able to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing situations.
The selected applicants will undergo training to equip them with the necessary skills to excel in this role.As a Pool Lifeguard, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safe experience of pool patrons.Responsibilities
  • Supervising pool patrons to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Applying Council's adopted Swimming Pool Operations Manual and NSW Government guidelines.
  • Performing lifeguard, rescue, and first aid duties as required.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of facilities.
In addition to your exceptional safety skills, you should also possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.Benefits
