Product Quality and Presentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to ensure the quality and presentation of our products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, presenting products in a strong commercial expression, and recovering products that can be given a second chance.

About this role:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert knowledge on products and services
  • Presentation of products in a strong commercial expression and selling them with pride
  • Taking action to recover products, such as repackaging them for resale
  • Assemble products according to instructions to ensure complete functionality
  • Support quality work in the store to improve customer perception of our products
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment within the store

Key Requirements:

  • A 'Togetherness' mindset, working closely with your team and other departments
  • Passion for building furniture and promoting sustainability initiatives
  • Experience using computers and IT systems
  • Strong customer focus and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A safety mindset and comfort with physical work and manual handling
