We're seeking a skilled Parts Interpreter to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our parts department.

About the Job

The successful candidate will assist in serving workshop, retail, and trade customers, supplying workshop technicians with parts, ordering and processing payments, and addressing customer inquiries over the phone and in person.

  • Liaise and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers
  • Assist with parts stocktakes and maintain accurate databases

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Dealership parts experience or equivalent experience in a parts retailer
  • Transferable skills that can be applied to the role
  • A good technical understanding of how motor vehicles work
