Quality Assurance Governance Specialist

Job Description

This is a high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, leadership skills and technical expertise in governance and quality assurance.

As a Quality Assurance Governance Specialist, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless integration of robust documentation frameworks and consistent execution of critical governance components.

Responsibilities include offering strategic and operational assistance to facilitate the implementation of Quality Control projects in alignment with EU requirements.

You will serve as a link between strategy and different workstreams, aiding in breaking down intricate tasks into achievable achievements with defined ownership.

Additionally, you will maintain centralized tools (trackers, risk registers, dashboards) in place to guarantee visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies.

Cadence meetings will be coordinated to maintain visibility and accountability across workstreams.

Templates and mentorship will be developed and maintained to support consistency across all Quality Control initiatives.

Finally, charters and SOPs will be updated regularly to reflect changing risks, regulations and lessons, aligning with EU principles.
