Job Opportunity

Lead regulatory reporting and decision governance functions to ensure compliance with AUSTRAC requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver financial crime mandatory regulatory reports in line with group risk appetite and regulatory obligations.
  • Provide transparent and timely reporting on AML/CTF Risk Operations activities to senior management officers and directors.
  • Implement and operate reporting processes in accordance with Group Risk and Obligations Framework.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement and government agencies domestically and internationally.
  • Collaborate with the Group Chief Risk Officer and other key leaders to align regulatory engagement.
Requirements:
  • Previous executive management experience in a highly regulated domain, preferably AML related.
  • Direct experience providing financial crime reporting to regulators in an Australian designated business group and a deep understanding of AUSTRAC's reporting requirements.
  • Experience in maintaining reporting compliance in line with regulators and Group Legal and Risk requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including detailed reports and presentations.
