Job Title: Team Leader

Location: Canberra, AU

We are seeking a Team Leader to join our national team of occupational therapists in the NDIS division.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services and assessments to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance
  • Delivering training, induction and supervision as required
  • Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback
  • Attending appointments with occupational therapists
  • Developing reports and management plans

You will work across various environments including family homes, day programs, schools, community and/or ORS offices.
