Our law firm is seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Associate or Solicitor to join our Brisbane team.
We specialize in projects, corporate energy, infrastructure, and environment and planning, working on complex matters across multiple sectors.
As a key member of our team, you will advise public and private sector clients on major infrastructure projects, asset transactions, and procurements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on mergers and acquisitions in the energy and infrastructure sectors;
- Assisting clients in navigating strategic procurement processes;
- Supporting project structuring, risk assessments, and business case development;
- Providing legal and commercial advice on project delivery models;
What we are looking for:
- Experience in energy and/or infrastructure project delivery, procurement, or asset transactions and investments;
- Strong academic record, coupled with excellent legal skills and a practical mindset;
- First-class attention to detail and the ability to comprehend intricate legal matters;
- A proactive approach and a desire to be an integral part of our leading and supportive team;
- The ability to work effectively within tight timeframes, both collaboratively and autonomously;
