About the Role

  • Provide expert tax and accounting advice and solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients, driving business growth and success.
  • Further develop your technical expertise by working across services including tax and accounting compliance, business advisory work for middle-market clients, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
  • Play a key role in client engagements, including regular client contact, attending client presentations and meetings with senior leaders, and providing strategic guidance to drive business outcomes.
  • Be a trusted advisor to clients, beyond annual compliance, and partner with them to achieve their business objectives, providing proactive advice and support.
  • Develop into a mentor to assist less experienced team members, fostering their continued professional development and growth.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in tax, accounting or business services in a similar environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • A passion for ongoing learning and staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to establish and develop effective professional relationships.
  • An ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
