  • Developing and implementing engaging and challenging music lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students;
  • Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to promote improvement;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement music programs and events that enhance the college community;

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor of Music or equivalent qualification;
  • Proven experience in teaching instrumental music to secondary students;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Knowledge of curriculum design and implementation principles;
