Job Title: Capital Markets Leadership Position

We're seeking a skilled Executive to lead our Institutional Lending and Structured Asset Finance technology.

About the Role

This senior leadership position is accountable for overseeing the delivery and day-to-day operations of associated technology. You will work closely with key product owners and stakeholders to determine strategy, drive high-quality engineering outcomes, and ensure operational stability.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Customer Hub, a large engineering team located across Australia and India
  2. Leverage Customer Experience (CX) and User Experience (UX) design techniques to inform strategies and deliver exceptional front-end and CRM experiences
  3. Meet delivery targets while driving high-quality engineering outcomes
  4. Ensure operational stability and lead adoption of agile and DevSecOps practices
  5. Engage with key stakeholders and manage cost and risk
