Key Responsibilities:

The Catering Assistant provides exceptional day-to-day food and beverage services to clients, partners, and employees. This includes professional service for internal and external boardroom meetings, conferences, and events.

Additional key responsibilities include opening and closing the client floor, ensuring all daily tasks are completed, including cleaning and restocking of staff hubs. The Catering Assistant also assists in the in-house cafe.

Requirements:
  • Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is required.
  • A Food Handling Certificate is also necessary.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality environment, preferably with boardroom experience, is expected.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with diverse backgrounds are essential.
  • Exceptional organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours from time to time is necessary.
  • Experience with coffee and other hot beverages is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of table setting in a fine dining environment is highly desirable.
