Job Title: Team Leader
The primary goal of this role is to spearhead the transformation of child protection services by implementing a unique, culturally-sensitive practice approach.
As a seasoned leader, you will provide direction, encouragement, and support to young people residing at our village, fostering a safe and healthy family environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing guidance and leadership to team members;
- Implementing and promoting the organization's practice approach;
- Working collaboratively with Aboriginal families to address their needs;
- Managing complex cases and prioritizing workload effectively;
