Senior Child Protection Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to spearhead the implementation of Cultural Therapeutic Ways in child protection.
The successful candidate will provide direction, support and encouragement to young people residing at our village, helping them reach their full potential.
As an AFPR Practitioner, you will actively engage with Aboriginal families with children and young people, fostering a safe and healthy family environment. You will also work closely with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for these families.
This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage complex cases and a passion for making a real-life difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals and families.
You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of Aboriginal Children and families involved in the child protection system while contributing to the growth and development of our organisation.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
