Clinical Care Manager

Eldercare is a leading not-for-profit aged care provider in South Australia with over 1600 employees working across 13 residential care facilities.

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead the clinical team in delivering best practice care at our Seaford site, a 100-bed residential care facility.

As the Clinical Care Manager, you will empower staff to deliver exceptional care that meets all required standards and gives residents peace of mind.

About this Role
  • Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, you will work closely with your team and Clinical Leaders to deliver person-centred care.
  • You will build strong partnerships while mentoring staff to promote holistic outcomes.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing and monitoring the provision of care and services to ensure the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents are met.
  • You will support the roles and rights of families in the provision of care and support to residents.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership skills in effective staff development, retention, and management.
  • A Bachelor of Nursing degree, including current RN registration.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, managing and mentoring staff.
  • A genuine passion for providing individualised clinical care to residents.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, residents, and their families.
  • Sound knowledge of AN-ACC standards and competencies.
