Job Opportunity

Compas is seeking a skilled Senior Cyber Security Specialist to contribute to the development of robust cyber defence systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and identify potential cyber security threats and vulnerabilities in various systems and configurations.
  • Develop and implement secure system integration principles and design concepts.
  • Provide expert advice on remediation strategies for identified cyber security issues.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in cyber security with a strong understanding of threat analysis and countermeasures. Proficiency in security system design tools and techniques is essential, along with experience in coding languages such as Java, C++, or other supported languages.

Due to the nature of this position, a current Negative Vetting 1 or above clearance is mandatory.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cyber security expertise with a deep understanding of threat analysis and countermeasures.
  • Proficiency in security system design tools and techniques.
  • Ability to write code in Java, C++, or other supported programming languages.

This contract opportunity offers a flexible working arrangement. The selected candidate will be based in Canberra, ACT, SA, or VIC.
