About This Role

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will have the opportunity to work with visionary clients across multiple industries to drive their hybrid cloud and AI strategy forward.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and OmniStudio, ensuring adherence to best practices and design principles.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements, providing architectural insights and guiding development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Australian citizenship is required.
  • Security Clearance: You must be willing to apply for and obtain a Baseline security clearance or higher if successful in the role. Existing clearance is desirable but not necessary.
Desirable Skills And Experience
  • Salesforce Certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Solution Architect (B2B or B2C), Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Omnistudio Consultant are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders, and adapt to shifting project priorities and requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with experience working in Agile environments, ability to navigate ambiguity, and provide clear architectural direction and guidance on solution delivery.
