Seeking a compassionate and reliable personal care worker to provide high-quality care for clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Description

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in community care
  • Dementia care experience (preferably)
  • Cert III in aged care
  • First aid and CPR certification
  • Police check
  • NDIS screen check
  • Working with children check
  • Driver's license and own car with comprehensive car insurance

Responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting clients with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  2. Assisting clients with meal preparation
  3. Providing companionship and emotional support
  4. Driving clients to appointments and social activities
  5. House cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, bathrooms, etc.)
  6. Monitoring and reporting changes in client's health and/or wellbeing and promptly reporting to RN
  7. Accurately and thoroughly documenting services provided into visual care app

Required Qualifications
