Key Responsibilities
  • Support the monitoring of metrics and Key Risk Indicators (KRI) at the product line and divisional levels
  • Review accounts, determine legitimacy, associated risk, and make appropriate restriction and/or dismissal decisions
  • Monitor cases and reports to identify trends and notify management
  • Identify abnormal account activity and stop suspicious transactions
  • Verify account holder information and mitigate loss
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics/Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences)
  • Relevant work experience in Risk Operations is beneficial
  • Knowledge or experience in cryptography is advantageous
  • Ability to make informed decisions based on research
  • Ability to function in multiple queues with urgency and follow-through
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
  • SQL/Datawind knowledge or experience is beneficial
