**About Us**:
**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using Figma.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.
- Assist in the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance user experience across digital platforms.
- Research and stay updated on Web3 and blockchain UI/UX trends.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
- Maintain design consistency across multiple projects.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping.
- Strong understanding of modern web design principles and responsive design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development processes (a plus).
- Ability to take direction, absorb feedback, and iterate on designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with Web3 UI/UX best practices.
- Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar design software.
- Understanding of user-centered design and accessibility principles.
- Passion for emerging technologies and a willingness to learn.
