Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Industrial Maintenance Professional to join our team as an Advanced Rigger for a upcoming shutdown in the Gold Fields.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading provider of industrial maintenance solutions and contribute to the success of our clients in the mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, utilities and infrastructure industries.

About the Role

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of advanced rigging techniques and procedures, with experience in working at heights and confined spaces. They will be responsible for ensuring the safe execution of rigging operations and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

A competitive salary of $$64.50/hr (day shift) and $$69.00/hr (night shift) will be offered to the successful candidate, along with a travel allowance and accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop safe rigging plans
  • Operate and maintain advanced rigging equipment
  • Supervise and train junior staff members
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in advanced rigging and industrial maintenance
  • Current HRWL - RA and Working at Heights tickets
  • Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screen
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
