Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, with experience in planned preventative maintenance systems. They will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is running efficiently and safely, and will work closely with other teams to identify and implement improvements.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III in Electrotechnology or Engineering/Mechanical Trade (Fitter/Turner) and current trade license;
- Experience in fault finding within Material Handling Equipment/Automation systems;
- Ability to read and understand electrical/mecahnical drawings;
- Experience in conveyor maintenance, motor controllers/inverters;
- Experience in working to appropriate health & safety standards and regulations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in computer maintenance systems (CMMS);
- Experience in sortation machines;
- Experience in an industrial environment;
- Experience in maintaining/configuring bar code scanners;
- Experience in print and apply machines;
