Job Overview

As a radio network specialist, you will play a key role in leading and supporting the design and optimization of 3G/4G/5G radio networks.

The team is responsible for ensuring the best possible network performance across all radio technologies spanning the entire portfolio.

You will work closely with various stakeholders to resolve problems arising in network performance and contribute to improving network performance through detailed root cause studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and support 3G/4G/5G radio network RF planning and optimization.
  2. Complete RF coverage simulations, understand link budget & parameter optimization, deliver NetAct KPI & field measurement analysis, and troubleshoot complex radio technical issues.
  3. Work with internal/external stakeholders to resolve problems arising in network performance.
  4. Contribute to improving network performance through detailed root cause studies.
