Community Care Worker Opportunity

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in their own homes?

Care Connect is seeking dedicated Community Care Workers to provide in-home support to our clients in Sydney and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a range of essential services, including domestic duties, personal grooming & hygiene assistance, medication reminders, food shopping, menu planning, meal preparation, and mobility assistance within the home and local community.
  • Provide care and support to clients, prioritising their well-being at all times.
Requirements:
  • A strong passion for providing excellent customer service, with great active listening skills and a genuine interest in helping others.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as Certificate III (Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability OR Home and Community Care), or Bachelor/Diploma of Nursing (OR completed first-year study towards it).
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance is essential.
  • First Aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, with good spoken and written English. Proficiency in other languages is welcomed.
