This role involves assisting with various tasks such as household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transportation. As a Care Worker, you will be part of our team that provides quality complex care and support to our clients in the Northern Sydney area.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing daily living support to clients
  • Assisting with personal care needs
  • Preparing healthy meals and snacks
  • Transporting clients to appointments

We offer a comprehensive orientation program including buddy shifts, direct access to a dedicated supervisor for support, a company mobile phone to access emails, rosters and client care plans, and access to a dedicated learning and development team to support ongoing professional development and career pathways.

Requirements include an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence, a reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Insurance, strong verbal communication skills, resilience, patience, and proficiency in smartphone technology, apps and email.
