Food and Beverage Manager

The ideal candidate for this position will be a seasoned Food and Beverage professional with a proven track record in restaurant management. They will possess leadership experience, a passion for delivering high-quality food and beverage experiences, and the ability to motivate and develop a team of employees.

Responsibilities will include shaping the dining experience at two unique venues, overseeing day-to-day operations, talent development, and service delivery throughout the hotel. The successful candidate will have experience in hotel environments and a natural ability to drive new food and beverage concepts, foster creativity in bars and restaurants, and contribute to the trend future of our establishments.

We are seeking a visionary leader who can thrive in fast-paced, evolving service environments and possess charisma, style, and intrinsic hospitality experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving excellence in Food and Beverage experiences throughout the hotel.
