A Master of the Grill

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to lead our grill station.

As a Master of the Grill, you will be responsible for cooking up fresh and delicious Mexican dishes to our exacting standards.

You will work with our secret recipes and ensure each meal is crafted with care while following food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the grill station with passion, ensuring each dish is prepared to our standards.
  • Prepare and cook Mexican dishes using secret recipes while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver bold, flavour-packed meals.
