Supply Chain Planning Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Planner to contribute to our supply chain operations and make a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic planning for radiology supplies, facilitating communication and collaboration to align operations with commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with the planning team to create and execute high-quality supply and demand plans, balancing forecasts and actuals to optimize inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
  • Take hands-on responsibility for strategic planning of molecular imaging portfolios, including purchase order management and coordination with suppliers for timely supplies.
  • Manage Radiology Distribution Center (RDC) to ensure timely delivery of spare supplies, coordinating with local Service Engineers for effective distribution.
  • Oversee key supply chain metrics such as Customer Fill Rate (CFR) and On-Time, In-Full (OTIF), addressing obsolescence issues to maximize efficiency.
  • Participate in S&OP process to align strategic planning with operational execution through proactive engagement with cross-functional teams.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain and planning operations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or financial discipline; postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • 5-7 years of supply chain experience in a global setting.
  • Digital mindset with knowledge of supply chain systems.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Mature business ethics and regulatory awareness.
  • Knowledge of process improvement and change management approaches.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
