We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Health Safety Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of health and safety at our organization.
- This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and support the development and implementation of systems approaches to health and safety, providing accurate and timely advice to stakeholders.
- You will work closely with people leaders and project managers to foster and monitor a positive health and safety culture, leading the way in developing HSE risk management processes and facilitating their implementation and maintenance.
- Another key aspect of this role is to lead processes for monitoring and measurement of health and safety performance, as well as investigating, analyzing, and reporting on incidents and nonconformities.
As a Regional Health Safety Manager, you will have the opportunity to influence and communicate with people and project managers, and workers to mitigate risk and optimize worker health and safety and environmental performance.
In this role, you will be required to be based in Sydney, with hybrid work arrangements supported. You will need to be in the office or on site at least three days a week.
