Job Description

We are seeking a passionate researcher with extensive experience in Native Title law and policy to lead our research team. The successful candidate will be committed to advancing Indigenous interests through applied research and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the broader policy environment and the ability to develop and implement research initiatives that align with Traditional Owners' needs and Centre objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Foster partnerships with Indigenous organisations, industry, and government to support research and funding.
  • Manage a high-performing research team and oversee workforce matters.
  • Secure funding opportunities to support the Centre's research programme.
  • Supervise postgraduate and PhD candidates as required.
