Customer Care Consultant Job Description

This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of our growing team in our fast-paced contact centre in Wollongong.

You'll handle inbound calls from families and carers seeking information, discussing options, and advising on services that can assist with independent living at home and short-term or long-term care options.

Key Aspects:

  • Multiple permanent full-time positions and part-time roles available
  • Full-time rostered 38 hours per week, 5 shifts per week, Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 10am-4pm on a rotational roster
  • Part-time rostered 30 hours per week, 5 shifts per week, Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 10am-4pm on a rotational roster

You'll be required to complete a National Police Clearance and have full work rights to work within Australia for at least 12 months.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to handle inbound calls in a busy contact centre environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple systems while actively listening
  • Willingness to learn and meet output and quality KPIs and competencies
