
Leading Government Litigation Solicitor

As a high-performing Solicitor, you will manage a high-volume litigation practice, provide advice on prospects of success, prepare court documents, and undertake solicitor advocacy in the Federal Courts and Administrative Review Tribunal.
You will be part of a local team of 5 lawyers and 2 paralegals, and have direct client access and opportunities to collaborate with national colleagues.
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have 1-3 years post-admission experience within litigation, previous government or migration experience, good interpersonal and communication skills, excellent document drafting and advice writing skills, and a desire to develop your career in private legal practice.
