Executive Product Development Director

About This Opportunity- We're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of our core payments products.
- Define a compelling product vision for our payments suite and prioritise initiatives using customer insights and business goals.
- Own the development and communication of the product roadmap, aligning with stakeholders to deliver features that matter most to customers.
- Engage directly with merchants to understand their challenges and identify areas of opportunity for innovation.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth, user-centric delivery across the entire product lifecycle.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from requirements gathering and technical scoping to launch and iteration.
- Establish clear success metrics and use them to drive continuous product improvement post-launch.
- Proven experience in Product Management with 5+ years leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle.
- Ability to translate business vision and customer needs into detailed, actionable roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, customer data, and product usage insights.
- Demonstrated success influencing and aligning diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
- Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including local schemes and merchant requirements.
