Field Service Technician/Diesel Mechanic

Conquest Personnel Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician/Diesel Mechanic to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, ensuring their equipment is running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to breakdowns and provide prompt repairs
  • Plan, schedule, and execute routine preventative maintenance
  • Manage work schedules and tasks efficiently
  • Complete routine inspections, servicing, and repairs, including ordering of parts
  • Communicate progress and delays to customers
  • Report on labour and parts overruns or shortfalls
Requirements:
  • Trade qualification in diesel mechanics
  • Experience working with trucks and earthmoving equipment
  • Forklift license, high-risk EWP/scissor lift license, and truck license
  • Ability to work autonomously and under instruction
  • Organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights

  • $50 per hour + overtime and usual benefits
