Job Title: Heavy Diesel Mechanic - Territory Manager

Conquest Personnel Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Heavy Diesel Mechanic to manage a designated territory in the Ivanhoe/Kew area. The ideal candidate will have experience working with trucks and earthmoving equipment, as well as hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly attend to breakdowns and efficiently plan, schedule, and execute routine preventative maintenance
  • Manage allocated work schedules and tasks, ensuring timely completion of routine inspections, servicing, and repairs
  • Regularly report progress on each job and communicate delays or concerns with customers
  • Report on labour and parts overruns or shortfalls

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification in diesel mechanics
  • Experience working with trucks and earthmoving equipment
  • Hydraulic experience required
  • Forklift license, high-risk EWP/scissor lift license, and truck license
  • Ability to work autonomously and under instruction
  • Organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and active team member
  • Physically fit and able to lift light to moderate weights

Perks:
