We are seeking a Registered Nurse to work in a Permanent Part-Time position.
About the Role- Deliver high-quality care and compassion to our residents, meeting their individual needs.
- Develop strong relationships with our residents, their families, and colleagues.
- Assess residents and create tailored care plans for their well-being.
- Administer treatment and ongoing support to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Leverage technology, such as our care app, myRyman, to enhance resident experiences.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and Unit Coordinators to achieve team goals.
This role is based at our Nellie Melba Retirement Village in Wheelers Hill.
About You- A current Registered Nurse registration.
- At least five years of experience working in an aged care setting.
- Experience as a Nurse In Charge.
- A professional manner with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to share knowledge and work effectively within a supportive team.
- Desirable: Experience working in Aged Care and leadership skills.
- A kind, compassionate approach to delivering high-quality care.
- Autonomy to work independently, demonstrating clinical decision-making expertise.
